You see, some people may be successful in their business, yet others may not. So what does it take to be successful in the dental marketing business? In my dental marketing seminars, I tell them that to make big money in the business and be successful, take up speed! The way to make big money and more of it in life, in any kind of business there is, has always have to do something with how fast you manage things in your own business. Go With The Process Of Creation:

In my dental marketing seminars, I always tell the audience that they should have this important thing: the process of creation. What do I mean by the process of creation? It means developing these steps:

• Idea – first thing to do is that you should have an idea on how to go for your goal.

• Knowledge – next is to have the knowledge required to execute your idea for the goal.

• Resources – then get the resources ( people,etc.) needed to do it for you, and help you implement it.

• Fire – next step is to move quickly… and fire, fire, fire!

• Feedback – get the feedbacks from the results that you have achieved ( doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad).

• Re-evaluate – then re-evaluate, re-aim, and fire again!

Move And Take Fast Action:

In my dental marketing seminars, I always tell my audience that whoever moves faster in the business becomes 10 times more successful and 10 times wiser. Remember this: “wisdom is created through knowledge gained from experience, and not that gained only from the books!”. A Harvard Graduate might be considered a brilliant person, yet he/she may not be necessarily that wise!

This is why speeding up in the business is very helpful and necessary in the niche of dental marketing. This is what I encourage all my audience in my dental marketing seminars to do. 3 Things You Must Do Before You Submit To Article

With modern communication technology comes the popularity of information-based marketing, which is one of the oldest and most effective techniques in getting targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers. This is why article writing, submissions and publications are also getting popular.  There are already many tools that people can use to make the process of distributing their articles more easily. Though this is invaluable in getting the contents more exposure, which is only half of the story.

Let us take a look first at the common mistakes that some people make before submitting their contents to article directories:

1. Confusing the reason to promote the articles with the reason to write them.  In article writing, there are three key benefits why you are promoting them; branding, lead generation and promotion, which are all part of your optimization efforts.  But there is only one reason why you write an article, and that is to inform your audience. If the article is not focused on this primary and most important purpose, it will fail to achieve the three promotion benefits because no one will be interested in reading them.  You need to figure out first how to get people to read what is in your article, then make them click on your resource box. You can achieve this by producing better contents.

2. Failing to maximize the promotional opportunities of article marketing.
You may know already that your articles can help you generate additional links back to your site. But do you know that you can get more visitors and better search engine results from that same articles?  Mention keywords at strategic places. Just be sure not to overdo them. Some are even using anchor texts which is also an effective method. But it is important to know that majority of the directories are not able to support this.  Remember that is not only about the links back to your site. Part of doing well in your article marketing is getting picked up by publishers with a large number of audiences and gaining the ability of leveraging other brands because of the quality of your work.  Better search engine results also are great benefits.
But these things do not put much money in your pocket.  There are other factors that can turn your article marketing efforts into an opportunity that can boost your earnings. Not just increase the number of visitors to your site.
Start out with a plan and see to it that your article will serve the function that you intended it to have.

3. Publishing content that does not help your readers.  Maybe in the process of writing articles, you are thinking that all that is you wanted is links back to your site.  And any visitors it can generate are fine.Guess what?  Not all article banks and directories are going to accept your content automatically. Oftentimes, they have some guidelines and specifications on the articles that they are accepting.  You can double the number of sites you can submit to by writing articles that the directories want to share with other people.  All it takes is one publisher with a hundred thousand readers to increase your potential audience overnight. Write the articles that publishers want in their publications if you want your article marketing to work the most effective way for you.  This also means you have to obey the standard guidelines, spell checks, researching on a good topic and even hiring a writer to produce a good content on your behalf.

In the end, it is all really a matter of choice on your part. You can start getting a little exposure from increased links back but on a very basic level. Or enjoy massive exposure from a little extra time making quality contents.
It will be your choice. You may not be aware of the fact that an article submitted on directories is not meant to have the same level of exposure as highly-targeted content ones geared on a narrow group of people.

Managing your dentist practices can often present some sort of a challenge, in terms of getting more case acceptance in dentist practices. Many patients give me all their questions about dental procedures, and they’ve been wanting to go to their dentist for such procedures. But they haven’t. It could be that they would really like to go and give their dentist money for the procedure, but it’s still not that urgent for them. Or also, it could be that they just keep forgetting! In the managing dentist practices, you should be able to come up with some techniques on how to get more case acceptance from your dental patients. Here are some techniques on managing your dentist practices to get more case acceptance.

Remind Your Patients Constantly

In managing dentist practices, you need to follow up your patients with multiple mailings, postcards, etc., to constantly remind them. Contact your past patients, tell them that you have a new service. Or, you can tell them that you want to get together for their 6 month recall. Start as soon as you can! This costs only a little. You will start getting people calling for their recall, which will reactivate them and get them in so you can help them with any other inquiries and concerns they have.

Describe What You Do In Terms Of What You Do

In your practice, you must stop describing what you do, in terms of what you sell! ( Just like saying, “Well, I’m a dentist who does cosmetic work… or I have my own dental practice…”).Rather, you must start describing what you do, in terms of what you do! Therefore, what you say should be something like, “ I help people have a healthier, whiter, more beautiful smile.”, or, ” I assist people in getting cleaner, healthier teeth while they experience pain-free dentistry.” Saying these will be very helpful in managing your dentist practices. The big challenge is really from your end, on how you think about yourself. You have to totally re-frame how you think of what you do! The important thing here in dentist practices is that people don’t care about what you do; they want to know about the emotional benefits that it will give them.

Use The Power Of The Internet

Coming up with a creative website will also be very helpful in managing your dentist practices. Be creative when you make your own dental practice website. With your website, you should be able to have more traffic coming into your page ( or in other words, have more flow of people or visitors coming in to check out your webpage). Remember that every visit counts! Any visitor can become your patient. Make use of good keywords. Use specific keywords (like dentist, practices, etc.) Doing this, you will be able to dominate your competitors online! When people log on to the Internet and search answers for their dental concerns, you would want your own dental site to be displayed all over the Internet’s search engine. So, whether your visitors would look up, down, to the left or to the right, you would want every door to lead to you!

So I think the Gold team has really helped keeping me in focus to stay positive and stay moving so I keep getting things accomplished! ”

Managing Dentist Practices: the Secondary Herds in Your Dentist Practice

Who are the secondary herds in your dentist practice? In this article, I will share to you who the secondary herds are in your dentist practices as you are managing it. I will also give you the idea why these herds are also very important in the growth of your dentist practices as you are managing it. As you are managing your dentist practices, nurture these herds as well, as it is one of the most important assets in your practice. And this is something we focus specifically at our dentist practice website!

So, who are the secondary herds in your dentist practice? The secondary herds are the people you currently have relationships with. They are your family, your friends, your alumni, or every single business owner that you participate and have relationships with. Now, one of the things we often overlook are the business owners. In managing our dentist practices, we’re so aggressively ready to spend a ton of money on external marketing, which is smart if you’re doing it correctly. But we have these hidden diamonds… these hidden assets sitting all around us that we are not utilizing. And one of the things that I like to teach my clients is that they should always go back to ground floor business building and think strategically, rather than have them just spend money and have them hoping for a bunch of money to come back to them.

I like to tell people: “Well, do you know business owners who already have their own herds?”. And it is because if you can do a joint venture relationship, or referral relationship with a business owner, or co-op relationship, where they spend money and you organize it, and when you get a free advertising, you can have a ton of patients coming into you or clients coming into you from other business owners! So let’s focus on that and stimulate your brain a little bit. Let’s take for example a business owner, and I ask him “Who do you hire to do your plumbing?”, or “What contractors do you hire to do the cement?”, or “Who are you hiring for this kind of task or job?”, etc. Well, as you can see, that guy knows a ton of people, right? For example, he has a window guy, and this window guy has a client base. Now, I want to create a relationship with him or her. And so you can go down and down the line of that, and those people are already people that you have invested money with, you already have a relationship with; and there is some built-in “reciprocity” already because you spend money with them, and you’re giving them business. Now, the more logical and probably the more real business owners that you, as a dentist, would go after as you are managing your dentist practices would be owners of more physician-types of businesses. On the other hand, I would tell you that it’s probably false thinking in your part if you just limit to other physicians. And here’s why. It’s because a lot of times other physicians are clueless, and they’re so insurance driven, and so medical-oriented that they don’t understand that they are actually growing a business! The exception to that rule are usually cosmetic surgeons who understand it. You’ll see a couple of chiropractors who will get it. But I rarely heard anything good about it so i would go to them for joint ventures, but I think the overlooked ones are the people who make all their money and referrals. So, I think of realtors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, insurance reps, and I even think of a good lawyer who understands the business side of it!

You can create a relationship that I call your “Power of 51”. In here, what you’re looking for are 51 business owners, or sales reps, or people who need referral relationships; and over the next 3 months, 6 months, or over the next year, you can start putting them on your mailing lists, start sending out some newsletters, and start nurturing those people! And start taking really, really good care of them and differentiate yourself. (You can send them books like “Pour Your Heart Into It” by Howard Schultz, “Good To Great!” by Jim Collins, and “Screw It, Just Do It!” by Richard Branson… and I assure you that they’ll appreciate it because these books are good to read, and you just can’t go wrong sending it to them!). Now, the reason why I say pick 51, is because out of those 51 people, you’re going to find that 80% of them will never probably do, maybe they might send you one referral or do anything with you. But on the positive side, you’re going to find the top 20% of them who are going to be your true champions! You’re going to find 10 – 15 people who are going to create a strong relationship with you and create your own automatic referrals. So, that’s how you create a secondary herd as you are managing your dentist practices. Take good care of them, nurture them, and let them grow as well!
