Joining Dentist Profits in managing my dental practices is, I can really say, the best decision that I have made in my career as a dentist. As I joined this club for managing my dental practices, I have learned a lot of important things to keep you going in your dental practices. I have also learned about the importance of teamwork in the practice. And this is something that Ed focuses specifically at their managing dental practices website!

First, I have learned to set goals and benchmarks in managing my dental practices. So, if you set goals and benchmarks to your team, you make them accountable. And I have always learned that teamwork is really necessary in managing your dental practices… that you can never do it alone. In my case before, I tried doing things alone and gave my best to it… but it just wasn’t enough. I was trying to do it all but I just can’t. I realized that if you’re the doctor who’s trying to do the dentistry, run the practice, and do your marketing, you can’t do it all by yourself… you got to hire somebody, you got to outsource some of the stuff and it will happen. So when I started to get people/staff in my practice, that’s when my practice really started to take off!

In managing my dental practices, I have incentives in my office for every action. The office have developed a system to give an incentive to the office and get them moving in that direction. And it makes my job easier; I’d be moving in that direction, and I’ll always be kind of pulling and holding the team back. We also have meetings and conferences. This is where you got to brainstorm and talk to other people and get their ideas, and get them into your office as well! I mean, I can’t tell you how many ideas I’ve gotten just for a 1 minute conversation with someone saying like “Oh you need to do this. And you need to do it. Here’s the information, and the number of the person you got to contact…”. And it just changes the practice’s direction! Although in here you may take inch and inch of improvement, in the end it all adds up, and it starts moving the practice by leaps and bounds!

In managing your dental practices, it is also necessary to take into consideration the staff motivation and compensation. Your net profit is tied to your performance and your ability to leverage yourself. Shouldn’t your staff be compensated the same way? You got to get them thinking that they’re a part of this business too… and they’re not just any other employee; but they have to take ownership and every action in the office as a direct effect on your ability to produce. So I tried to do that with my staff and get them really jazzed up about everything that they do. Teamwork in the business is really important as well.

Dental Practice Transition: Doctor From Dentist Profits on How He Promotes His Dental Practice

My goals for the transition of my dental practice is to get new patients to come into my practice and achieve success in my business. I always remember what Ed told me: “You need to identify what it is that’s working for you in the transition of your dental practice… ”. So thinking about it, I made unique things that can help me achieve my goals in my business. And this is something that Ed focus specifically at their dental practice transition website!

And so I did “unique” kinds of things for the transition of my dental practice. First is for the Invisalign Open House. The thing that I did that was unique was leveraging it by doing 4 of them in the last 4 months. And what we did is for every ad we placed the two dates. With this, we set our dates and this is something you can do to implement things really quickly! We basically set our date way too close to when these actually went, knowing that people will kind of miss the date; but then they will be forced to call on when the next one is, because it’s the second to be announced! Next, I also made mini “Dental Miracles” advertisements. I started with a test of 10,000 of these ads for about $400.00. Now, I’m doing about 60,000 of these things going on about every month automatically without any extra work!

Then we also have what we call the “Demand Force Software”. This is something that Ed says that for the transition of your dental practice, what we should do is to always survey our patients. And this software that costs around $200.00 a month automatically links to Dentrix totally with no work required; and what it does is that we use it to do e-mail blast, marketing, confirms appointments automatically; it’s got a million things, it gives you the stat on everything. And it just allows me to track a lot of the online marketing schemes that we do (and it’s so very well-integrated).

For the transition of my dental practice, I also go for newsletters. In doing our newsletters, I always keep in mind that as you increase your marketing, your referral ratio tends to go down. So with our newsletters, I made sure that they bump up and keep my referral ratio high. As for the present, I’m maintaining 54% for the referral ratio in my dental practice. Now, I’m putting this in things like this: it’s like an extra bonus to people as they get a hundred bucks cash if they win the contest.

So, for the transition of my dental practice, I use “total census solutions” and that’s how really I’m going to skyrocket through the summer, by doing bigger cases like dental implants, and niche marketing and I’ve got all those things in the works now to really convert. So I always go for unique ways to go with my business… because for me it works effectively and more efficiently!

Secret Of Effective Internet Marketing

When you hear complaints from people who’ve tried going into business online and failed, chances are that it’s not that their efforts were wrong, they just weren’t practicing effective internet marketing.  This is where many of the internet marketing center and programs you can purchase fail the average business person.  They give an introduction to different ways you can promote your business online, but they only go that far and stop.  They don’t give in depth information about how to tweak these techniques to make them work for you, and what to do if they don’t seem to be working.

There’s only one true secret to effective internet marketing: Reevaluate often and change tactics when necessary. Most sources of information you’ll find on internet marketing urge you to try many different models of promotion.  Traditional ads, pay-per-click marketing, search engine optimization, joint ventures and a variety of other very good suggestions for ways to get your product or service out in front of those who would need or want it.  So you’re introduced to all these various ways of marketing.  Then many people think that’s all the information they need, so they jump in with both feet, blow their budget on pay-per-click advertising or some other expensive promotion.  The reasoning is that the profits made from this promotion will replace the funds spent and even increase them for the next advertising campaign.

Unfortunately, it rarely works just this way. Very often a person will put these marketing techniques into effect all at once hoping for a large return, but instead very little happens and now there’s little budget left to try again. While there’s nothing wrong with advertising campaigns that cost, like pay-per-click marketing, this type of promotion isn’t right for every business, despite what the expert might say.  And it’s hardly effective internet marketing to start out with pay-per-click spending.

Where most fail is that they don’t carefully monitor the response of every type of marketing they have in place.  Effective internet marketing isn’t done once and forgotten, left to work behind the scenes to generate huge profit.  It’s an evolving process, one that takes regular adjustment and change to be truly successful.  And you really can begin this process without spending very much money, and sometimes without spending anything at all.

Aim for the lower cost forms of marketing first.  Article marketing, for instance, and filling a blog with fresh keyword optimized content to attract good search engine ranking effective internet marketing and a great start.  Yes, you’ll want to optimize your web content, even if you have pay someone to do it correctly.

But hold off on the expensive pay-per-click campaign until you see which keywords and which articles and blog post are referring you the most customers. Then put your money where your customers are, in essence, by creating a pay-per-click campaign based on results you’ve already seen with other methods.  Effective internet marketing requires you to reevaluate all of this often, because your best keywords can change even from day to day.

How to Successfully Market a Web Site

There is an immeasurable amount of information available online, on nearly every topic imaginable.  So it is easy to see how new, quality information can fall through the cracks, and never see the light of day.  So how is a web site owner supposed to stand out in the crowd?  It can be difficult to make a single voice stand out in this unprecedented crowd, but with a little hard work and some elbow grease, any website can make itself known.

The easiest, but also least reliable income, is to become a freelance promoter.  Freelancers have no contract or set employment.  They work, and are paid, on an as-completed or weekly basis.  This can be good for a side job, or a secondary income.  Primarily, though, freelancing is seen as unreliable, since either party can walk away from the table at any time with no repercussions.  Now, there are websites dedicated to making the match up and relationships easier for freelancers and their clients.  Sites like Elance will match up writers with their clients, and will handle all of the cash transactions, so that nobody gets taken advantage of.  Freelancing is a good option for people who have the time, and who (ideally) have a second income, or who are willing to work very hard for their money. Starving Freelance Writers are always looking for a website or product to write about, so they are usually a good choice. 

Another, more common way of marketing a web site is through affiliate programs. Basically, someone else markets a product for the producer.  This can happen with just plain old ad space, or article marketing.  Basically, the affiliate places ads on their website, and vice versa, and both affiliates share a cut of their profits.  With article marketing, things get a little less “conventional”.  The producer pays their advertisers to write articles and testimonials about their product.  The advertiser writes any number of articles, and then posts them in relevant places on the internet.  Assuming the job was done correctly, the articles will show up first, or close to the top, on a Google search, thereby driving traffic to the producer’s website.  The producer can see where this traffic is coming from; if it is from the article advertisements, the writer gets commission on each sale made.  If the writer is skilled, a well-written article can really drive a site’s traffic up. 

The last, most basic form of online marketing is Ads.  Banner ads, pop-up ads, text ads, video ads, e-mail ads, and the list goes on.  The most popular form of advertisement for an up-and-coming web site is Google’s AdSense.  These are short, text-based advertisements, placed along the right side of any relevant Google search (That is, any search that shares similar keywords to those in your ad).  If placed well, Google ads can reach an unprecedented large audience, and can definitely be one of the most successful ways of marketing a website.

Ultimately, the decision between traditional ads, Google ads, affiliate marketing, and article marketing is a deeply personal one, and depends on the needs of each individual site. Usually the answer is a mix of all options, to make the most possible sales.
